Sauce and Beans are two additional categories you may enter if you choose. 

Sauce bottles will be issued at cooks meeting to those wanting to enter.  Enter as

many bottles as you like for $10.00 each.  Five places totalling $500.00 in prize money are up for sauce.  Rules card below is pretty simple to understand

Bean entries may be any bean recipee that uses beans of the "dry bean" category

(not grean beans / garden beans).  Your recipee does not have to start with dry

beans... you can use canned or otherwise pre-processed.  Bean entry is $10.00

and will be entered as a 5th clamshell at 2:00.  The Nebraska Dry Bean

Commission is paying 5 places totaling $1,000.00 for the bean contest.  Rules are

pretty simple as outlined on the score card example below.
